Not in love with your new items?
We’re in love with you and want you to be happy with them!
Web orders are eligible for store credit or exchange if returned to our Online Returns Department within 21 days of purchase. Items can also be returned directly to the GOtique if you live local.
Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order.
Returned Merchandise must be:
- Free of any alterations or damages.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any Jolie Gotique hangtags, attached.
- All lingerie is FINAL SALE.
- We do not offer refunds
- For hygiene reasons cosmetics, earrings, undergarments cannot be returned.
- Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- All SALE items are not redeemable for exchange or store credit.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions: email@example.com
3 Easy Steps to return:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return.
- Mark your Order # on the package.
- Securely pack your item. Print or purchase a shipping label to the return address and once item is received we will process your return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We process all returns within 7-14 Business days of receiving your items.
We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.

GOtique purchases can be returned for in-store credit or exchange within 14 DAYS. Same rules apply.
